Electrical

We offer a wide variety of specialized electrical services pertaining to renewable energy, transmission and distribution, high voltage work up to 230kV and power generation including waste-to-energy, oil & gas, co-generation, combined cycle, steam turbines, fuel cells and gas-fired plants. We are proven leaders in assessment, emergency repair and reconstruction of electrical systems following a disaster. Our projects span commercial, industrial, residential, recreational, business and government sectors.

Mechanical

Process piping, modular pre-fabrication and installation, hygienic stainless steel tubing, equipment rigging, safety systems, water treatment plants, and HVAC related work are all in a day's work. LORD's Mechanical division has served manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food, and healthcare industries for decades. LORD also offers maintenance services for electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, escalators, elevators, fire protection systems and emergency power generators.

Civil

LORD's Civil construction unit provides site work, earth moving, multi-story buildings, roads and highways, bridges, interiors, culverts, foundations and concrete work in projects addressing the needs commercial, industrial, institutional and government clients. LORD's subsidiary, Continental Lord has also been involved in many housing projects including one of the world's largest development, Levittown, and numerous seaside condominum units.
